Unable to Connect to Internet

Hi. I am writing this question because I am a bit new to using Sophos Machines. 

I have a modem from a local ISP there was a time when I disconnected the UTP cable from the modem to the Sophos and transferred it from another location but after I put back those utp cables, there was no internet connection on the computers connected to the network. I directly connected the laptop to the modem and was connected to the internet but when I connected the laptop to the Sophos, there is no internet. I checked all the cables in all of them are working. It's just that the Sophos Machine has no connection.

It shows in the Dashboard that eth1 DSL(PPPoE) Down. What Should I do?

    What is the firmware version on UTM? Does the UTM have the Masquerading rule and a FW-rule in place to NAT and route the traffic out in the WAN?

    Post few lines from the firewall logs and check the thread here if you affected by the default MTU value issue.

  • Firmware version: 9.319-5. Yes it does. Everything is working until I pulled out the utp cable connected from the modem and after I put it back, everything is a mess.

    Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly.  Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.  Please post one line corresponding to those above.
