URL Blocking

My Bank sites and some other sites including my company official site is getting blocked.. How did this happen?

Hi Aravind,

I discover frequents posts from you on our community and I realize you have trouble configuring Web Protection module. Now, which sophos product are you trying to configure?

If you purchased it through a partner/reseller, I will suggest you to contact them for the initial deployement and configurations. Meanwhile, you can check the web filter logs to see what causes the block. Monitor http.log and packetfilter.log.

Sir am using UTM 9.4 Home edition.. i really and desperatly need some assiatnce.. as many things which are explained in the user manual are quite confusing.. Could you please help.. O have some more doubt. how can i reach you other than this?

Hi Aravind,

Thank you for showing the interest in our products.

All the log files have a specific path in UTM. Take SSH to UTM and go to /var/log directory. Please refer https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-US/121158 .

Also in the log it says the firewall rule and the rule number? this has been already created by sophos, from where do access these firewall rules?
