Find What device is using bandwidth?

Is there a way to determine what device on my network is using up all of my bandwidth? Periodically I have a device that seems to be using 3/4 of my bandwidth for a several hours. Is there a way for me to find what device it is?

From the command line interface run iftop -i eth0 . Look what IP address is first on the list, how much traffic is generating and what is the destination.
