Problems with Auth. server

Hi,

I´ve a UTM 125 and two AD servers and I´d like to integrate this device with de AD

I tried to configure like that:

DN : CN=ldap user,OU=Administrador,DC=xxxx,DC=NET but with those parameters,

Server exists and accepts connections, but bind to xxxxxxx failed with this BIND and Password

Any idea?

I have a similar problem:

When I type Bind DN, Password and hit "Test" -> Server test passed.

Then close with "save" an reopen with "Edit" another click on "Test" results in "Error: Server exists and accepts connections, but bind to ldap://192.168.10.200:389 failed with this Bind DN and Password"

Not difference between "user@domain.tld" an "CN=user,CN=Users,DC=DOMAIN,DC=TLD"

Any Ideas?

Same problem here on all UTM's with newest firmware (DC's: 2008-2012R2).

Hi,

Migrated to XG cluster and same problem because AD is at AWS and IPsec tunnel between.

Perhaps the problem is with your tunnel configuration, and the authentication issue is the symptom.

Hi,

maybe..I opened a ticket to Sophos support and told me it was not an XG problem but didnt told me how to repair it. Everything goes fine, and I only have problems with Auth services from XG cluster to AD using this ipsec tunnel to AWS.
