Ever since I upgraded to 9.314-13 (could be coincidence) I do not receive some routine emails. I use to receive daily backups, the Executive Report, etc... Currently the only thing I'm receiving is the Quarantine report.
Since realizing the problem yesterday I have tried a lot of changes to include restoring a backup from the last time I got an email but that didn't fix it. I recently upgraded to 9.315-2 but that didn't help any.
In order to test the issue I am just trying to send myself a back file which of course fails.
Right now I'm not sure if it's me or Sophos but since I haven't seen any other complaints about what I'm experiencing I figure it's me.
Any advice would be appreciated and I'll be happy to provide any requested data.
Also, I did setup the Notifications section for using a gmail account (that was not the previous configuration) and that failed to work as well.
