User Portal

I Joined My ASG to the Domain.

but now I'm not able to access to User Portal even with the web admin user

here is the error message

"Invalid username/password, or access denied by policy"

    Joining the Astaro to your Domain only does one thing; it allows you to put the HTTP/S Proxy into AD-SSO mode so that the Proxy can authenticate and identify each user by name without the user having to log in to the proxy.

    If you want your users to be able to access the User Portal, you need to configure a server in 'Users >> Authentication'.

    PS And, you must have 'Automatic user creation' turned on if you haven't already synced all of the users from your AD.
