UTM problems with CRON since 9.511

Question

Hi. Since the update to 9.511-2 the UTM scheduled tasks ( autobackup, ...) was not working. The "Selfmonitoring" log came out with this: 
 2023:07:27-10:47:04 sg230 selfmonng[4540]: W triggerAction: 'cmd' 
 2023:07:27-10:47:04 sg230 selfmonng[4540]: W actionCmd(-): '/etc/init.d/cron restart'

 2023:07:27-10:47:14 sg230 selfmonng[4540]: I check Failed increment cron_running counter 2 - 3 
 2023:07:27-10:47:19 sg230 selfmonng[4540]: W check Failed increment cron_running counter 3 - 3 
 2023:07:27-10:47:19 sg230 selfmonng[4540]: W NOTIFYEVENT Name=cron_running Level=INFO Id=106 suppressed

I tried to update , but the problem still exists.

Has anybody seen this before or has any hit to solve this?

 Good day and thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community. 
 You have said that you tried to update, to confirm what UTM firmware you are currently running? 
 Also, could you delete and reconfigure you Automatic backup configuration and try and reconfigure again. https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-utm/utm/9.708/help/en-us/Content/utm/utmAdminGuide/MgmtBackupRestoreAutomaticBackups.htm 
 Also, could you try if manual backups also works: https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-utm/utm/9.708/help/en-us/Content/utm/utmAdminGuide/MgmtBackupRestoreBackupRestore.htm 
 The selfmon logs should be normal, if this only happens during restart and the services are not up, It should be safe to ignore. 
 If checks keep on failing after services is up, this should be something to be further looked at.
