after integrating sophos utm 9 firewall to solarwind. solarwind unable to catch sophos log.

Kindly confirm if you have followed steps on this UTM doc guide: https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-utm/utm/9.708/help/en-us/Content/utm/utmAdminGuide/LoggingSettingsRemoteSyslogServer.htm?Highlight=syslog
Also please verify is you see any logs coming from FW-> Solarwinds SIEM on the Firewall logs and on Solarwinds: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Syslog-events-are-not-appearing-in-the-LEM-Console?language=en_US
