Sophos keeps sending [WARN-032/33] Internet uplink is down/up emails continuously

I have Sophos UTM 9 and as the title of the question i keep getting this error serval times a day and i can't figure out what the problem is.

    This has also started happening to me. Apparently it’s because it can’t do a lookup of the root dns servers. Not sure how true that is but it was having trouble resolving m.root servers. I changed it from automatic to a different external address and it stopped.
