Firewall Interfaces in HA Cluster

Hi,

a few weeks ago i enabled an additional WAN Interface for Internet Uplink Balancing and Failover on our UTM 9 HA Cluster.
Yesterday i did a restart of the main node and second node took over.
After logging in i noticed the second node misses the additional interface plus Uplink Balancing Configuration.
Isn't it supposed to have the exact same configuration?
The location is remote and i can't just delete and rejoin the second node.
Any idea what's wrong and what i can do to replicate the interface configuration?

cheers,

Daniel

  • Hallo Daniel,

Are you sure that the second interface is connected in the remote site?  It might suffice to fail back to the other node, power down the second node, connect the NIC on the second node and then power it back up.  If not, I would get Sophos Support involved.

    Cheers - Bob
