Is it possible to export WiFi Voucher to a csv including usage stats?

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the Sophos UTM's Hotspot feature.

We want to make an export of all issued Vouchers to a csv file. In the UserPortal there is a button called "export csv". In this export there are only informations to the Voucher itself, like Voucher Code or included data volume.

Now we'd like to have an export with that informations plus those wich are shown on the overview on the webinterface. Specially "First Login", "Used traffic" and "Used time".

Does anyone know if it is possible to create such an export?

  • I've been looking into this for a little while, but I don't think it's possible to export it to a CSV like you would like to do. You can copy the information from the user portal and past it into Excel, but you'll have some graphics in it which I personally don't like and are a little hard to remove if there are a lot of records.

I've also tried copying text only, but then there are a lot of CR/LF's that shouldn't be there and that's also a pain with many records.

  • In Excel, hit CTRL+G after you have pasted the content. On the window popping up, chose "contents" and click Objects. Now all graphic images are marked and can be deleted with a single key stroke.

It's not solving the initial issue but helps with the workaround.
