what RBL lists are currently used by the checkbox »Use recommended RBLs«?

Commtouch IP Reputation (cyren.org)
cbl.abuseat.org
What’s the black.rbl.ctipd.astaro.local?

black.rbl.ctipd.astaro.local is Cyren IP Reputation check and you can verify the reputation of the IP address here: http://www.cyren.com/ip-reputation-check.html.

Ah so that is why the firewall gets hammered and blocked by default by Cyren all the time more then 400 times a day ?
