Rejected: Spam (confirmed)

Hello,

In the past few days, I have started to receive a Rejected: Spam (confirmed) error in the log from Gmail and users receive a 500 Administrative error. If I disable the RBL checking, will that prevent this for now?

    The RBL check is made before the SPAM checks, so the answer is, "No."

    Show us a representative line from the SMTP log file (not from the 'SMTP Log' tab in Mail Manager or the User Portal).
