Hi
We just started using the Sophos UTM 9 device to filter incoming and outgoing emails. It seems to be working because mail is flowing, and I see it being filtered on the UTM device. However, from outside the network/firewall - webmail is no longer working, and mobile devices are not able to receive emails.
It believe the two issues are related, I just can't figure out how to fix it.
Any help would be appreciated, as I am not a network engineer, so I am a bit lost.
