I appear to have an issue, where my Sophos UTM installation is rejecting all incoming mail, the reason for rejection shows as RBL. As a test, I have changed "Reject at SMTP time" from "Spam" to "Off", on the SMTP section. This has made no affect, and all external incoming mail is still being rejected by RBL. I have also unchecked "Use recommended RBLs", but again, this had no affect.
No changes have been made to the configuration, so I am not entirely sure why I am experiencing this behavior. I have also rebooted the box on the off chance that something had maybe glitched, but this again made no difference. Only internal mail appears to be getting through, and I can send mail from Internal to External, but not External to Internal.
Does anybody know what is wrong here?
