Can I block specific X-Headers?

I'm using Google Apps Split Delivery. Mail hits google, and half of it get forwarded to my UTM, then onto my corporate email server. (The other half of the organization will use gmail).

If I allow Gmail to do their spam filtering, it tags WAY too much as spam, and doesn't forward it. Users can't ever go to their quarantine and release it, as it never makes it to the UTM.
So I tell gmail  to mark spam with a header and forward it anyway. No problem, that's all working.

The UTM however, now gets a ton of spam that it thinks is good mail.

Can I filter based on an X-header? e.g. Google tags all of the mail with a X-Gm-Spam: 1 for spam and X-Gm-Spam: 0 for "clean". The expression filter doesn't seem to scan the header of the email, just the body.

Am I stuck?
