SMTP Profiles Whitelist AKA Per Domain Exceptions

Question

I have been scouring the forums and net and can not find an option to setup per domain white-listed sender email addresses. I am using SMTP Profiles and need to setup a whitelist per profile aka domain. I can see under SMTP Global -> Exceptions I can turn off AntiSPAM checks globally. I was thinking maybe you could use the "OR these recipient addresses:" but to me the "OR" logic would actually bypass spam filtering for the entire domain if I use that setting. The proper logic should be "AND".

Hi Adam, 
 Selecting "OR these recipient addresses": Select the recipients' email addresses that should skip the defined security checks. 
 When selecting this option, the Recipients box opens. You can either enter a complete valid email address (e.g., jdoe@example.com ) or all email addresses of a specific domain using an asterisk as wildcard (e.g., *@example.com ).
