At the moment the sender got something like:
Your message to the following recipients was quarantined:
<bla@bla.bla>, quarantine reason: File Extension (doc)
Please contact your IT administrator for further assistance.
The sender normally doas not know which IT administrator is meant.
Also most of them are German and some don't understand the message.
Please help me to optimize these messages.
