Outgoing mail blocked as spam?

Hi,

we had an outbound email blocked the other day. I'm trying to find out why but the reason isn't obvious.

Any idea what reason="as" means?

  • Louis, "as" means "anti-spam" as you guessed.

Look above the line you posted for another line containing 1bKgaG-00022X-Bd and ctasd reports.  I'll guess the email looks like a spam to the anti-spam engine.

Seeing your configuration will allow us to point out the specific item that enabled this.

    Cheers - Bob
