ACL DROP Amazone webservice

Hi all,

I'm running in to the following issue. One of our suppliers sends bulk e-mail using Amazones webservice. Even though we've put both the IP adresess (defined networks ip4:199.255.192.0/22, ip4:199.127.232.0/22, ip4:54.240.0.0/18) and the smtp adresess (*.smtp-out.amazonses.com), and the domain (both *@amazonses.com and *@wftnu.nl mask adress) in an exception list the e-mail is still dropped by the Sophos firewall.

The logging shows the following:

Can you guys help me to find a solution regarding this issue (probably a noob error).

    Please verify that the sender is not blacklisted, go to Email Protection > SMTP> Anti Spam> Sender blacklist.
