Email not working

Sorry for the newb question, but just installed Sophos UTM 9.315-2. Went through the wizard set up and have no issues browsing the web, remote desktop in from external, logmein, netflix, etc...but none of my email is working on any of my computers (mac, Windows 7 or IOS). I know I must have forgotten something, but can't for the life of me figure out what. I do not have an internal email or server and I connect to several different email domains including hotmail, yahoo, bluehost, icloud and powweb.
I do have a lot of experience configuring Watchguard and Sonic devices for my clients as I am a system admin, but this UTM is a different beast altogether. Love it - but steep learning curve. Anyway, thanks for the help.
