Hello,
the spam quarantine report of smtp proxy addresses a number of no longer existing recipients in a Lotus Notes environment. This behaviour produces an error because the mails can't be sent to these recipients.
The incoming (spam) emails are tagged as spam correctly and are sent to quarantine so the daily quarantine report will send the report to the respective users - that do no longer exist. The recipient(s) did exist a longer time ago but not currently.
The smtp proxy is configured to verify recipients with server-callout.
Is it possible to suppress the spam quarantine report for no longer existing users?
Best regards,
N. Koch
