"Waiting for delivery (spooled)" number doesn't change

This is my first post to the forum.

I have a SG-210 UTM which has pretty much just been implemented.  It has been working well for several weeks now. I've noticed that when looking at the Email Protection > Mail Manager screen, the "Waiting for delivery (spooled):" number hasn't changed from "38", despite the mail manager showing no spooled messages whatsoever.

Is there a way to determine what the 38 messages are?  Can this number be cleared/reset?  Mail flow is working correctly and the UTM was restarted two days ago, well after noticing the issue.

    Since you have a paid license, you should get Sophos Support involved if you have 38 there but no messages in the SMTP Queue in the Mail Manager.
