Sophos UTM Email Protection Not Working!

Hi All,
I Have configured Sophos UTM ASG series with the email protection, I have followed the steps in the tutorial but noting is hapened. still spam emails are not blocked and nothing is displayed in live log page.
Can anybody help me Fix this problem?

    What email server do you have.
    How is the rest of the setup?
    Do you receive and send mail directly or via smarthost?
    Make screenshots of your config and upload them here for us to better understand your config.

    Is this a home or paid license?

    Private Setup:

    • UTM: 2 vCPUs, 2GB RAM, 50GB vHDD, 2 vNICs on vServer (KVM) | UTM 9.7 (Home License) with: Email Protection, Webserver Protection, RED-Tunnel (server)

    I'd paid license and I'd follow the general user manual of utm.
    I'm using exchange 2007 email server and not using smarthost or any types of relaying. I didn't set any complex configuration, I just configure the routing tab in email protection section and the rest of them are in the default state.
