[9.307] outgoing mails to quarantine, not shown in Users Portal

Hi,
since a while outgoing mails, which mark a spam an going to the quarantine, not shown in the useres quarantine-view in his portal. Only in WebAdmin i can see.
Is there a known issue or workaround?

  • If something is detected as SPAM going OUTBOUND, even if it's a false positive I'd want to have the final say before it's release.

    I'd say this behaviour is BY DESIGN.

    If you really feel it needs to be reviewed then you'll need to raise a support case.

  • ... I think the user should have the opportunity to see his queue´d mails and be able to release appropriate messages, not only the admin.
    Its not critical, currently only happens 1-2 times a month.
