Quarantine report missing whitelist option

One user does not have Whitelist option in Quarantine Report all others have the Whilelist option.

I checked and the user name does have an email address associated with it.

Also when logging into the user's user portal they have these options:

SMTP Quarantine SMTP Log POP3 Quarantine POP3 Accounts Sender Whitelist Sender Blacklist

while logging into the user's user portal that has the whitelist option in thrie quarantine report has these options:

Mail Quarantine POP3 Accounts Sender Whitelist Sender Blacklist

Any ideas?

  • This is strange, Kerry, and I can't think of seeing this exact problem anywhere else.  I would first try Up2Dating to 9.304, and then getting a case opened with Sophos Support.
