Messages "frozen" in Spool

Hi all,

Customer running UTM 9.301-2 (Sorry, it is a fresh install and I pressed "update to latest version after setup")

Messages to inhouse users are sometime stuck in spool, and I can't figure out why, the delivery log shows this:

Message Delivery Log:
2014-11-20 06:21:45 test@test.com P= R=static_route_hostlist T=static_smtp: SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM: SIZE=22993: host 192.168.35.10 [192.168.35.10]: 501 5.1.7 Invalid address
Process failed (1) when writing error message to 5874f3ab@1588&cs (frozen)


The mailaddress is "cloaked" [;)]

Is this a 9.301 bug or are there a possible solution to this?

    I saw the same behavior in 9.210*** and all 9.3 versions.
    Adding "ANY" to "skip tls negotiation...." In SMTP Advanced Tab solve that.
    It was a bug few versions ago and that workaround solved it.
    I tested it here again and it's working.

    I saw the same behavior in 9.210*** and all 9.3 versions.
    Adding "ANY" to "skip tls negotiation...." In SMTP Advanced Tab solve that.
    It was a bug few versions ago and that workaround solved it.
    I tested it here again and it's working.
