Quarantine Reports have the wrong URL Link

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the Quarantine Reports that have the wrong URL Link. we are getting the link to release emails at smtp.mydomain.org however, the connection is refused; smtp is my HELO name. The correct link should be utm.mydomain.org. If I change the url in the browser from smtp.mydomain.org to utm.mydomain,org it works; i'm just changing the prefix. Yes, it does have the correct port 3840 in the url which works when changing to utm.mydomain.org. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jahad

  • Jahad, on the 'Advanced' tab of 'SMTP', is where you can set the SMTP HELO string in the 'SMTP hostname' field.  On the 'Advanced' tab of 'Quarantine Report' is where you set the FQDN that is use in Quarantine Reports.
