POP3 Proxy Cache

hello @ all

is there a way to delete the pop3 proxy cache? I always get old emails. However, these are already deleted on the web.

Error from Thunderbird. Similar on Outlook

the Affected user is not created on the UTM and has no access to User Portal.
I think the cache is broken.
