I have one employee that has lost his user name and password for his UTM User portal mail application. Is there a way as an admin to recover this information?
I think you can easily look up the username in webadmin. The password will be another thing, don't think you can "read" it. If it's AD-integrated you could change his password in AD, if it's a local user, you can change password on webadmin
