Not able to receive incoming mails from external domaina

Hi

I am new to this group and new to Sophos too.
We have an exchange 2013 server in office and Sophos UTM 9 installed
I am able to receive and send mails to internal domains and able to send mails to outside domains but not able to receive mails from external domains
Secondly 2525 is into default drop mode
Please help

What version of UTM - 9.106-17?

Do you have a subscription for Email Protection? How is your configuration different from Exchange with SMTP Proxy?
