Spam Release works Internal, Not working from External

This was working and now appears to be broken. I have checked the Email Protection, Quarantine Report, Advanced and I have "Any" in the allowed networks.

Internally, everything works fine. Externally, you get webpage can't be displayed.

If something has changed and I need a firewall Rule, what is the destination?

  • If you login to the User Portal from External and go to Mail Quarantine and Release something it also works fine.

    It something about the "server.domain.org:3840" address that isn't working. It's like port 3840 isn't open but I don't think I have changed anything that would have affected that.
