email protection statistic don't work

I send the firewall settings and email protection. also the ip settings.


the ip setting of interfaces:
IP LAN: 172.29.0.103
Gateway Exchange server: 172.29.0.103

For some reason, your pictures don't appear.

I just realized that these pictures are on a different site.  We can't know that images on other sites are safe and haven't been modified by a hacker after you uploaded them.  Please replace your links to images uploaded here.

What I'm looking for is whether you have a DNAT that captures emails before they get to the SMTP Proxy.  I call it Rule #2:

In general, a packet arriving at an interface is handled only by one of the following, in order:
DNATs first, then VPNs and Proxies and, finally, manual Routes and Firewall rules.

What should i do to configure the email to pass by SMTP proxy.is entering a lot of spam in my email.

I think the order is more like dnat ips firewall routing proxy.


So this would mean that if smtp prox and  a firewall rule or dnat rule is set for smtp port, the smtp proxy will never see an e-mail for scanning because they are directly routed to your mail server

I have just firewall rules an no NAT configuration. I don't know how to config astaro to work fine. My config is: 
 Astaro: WAN ip:172.29.x.1 with default gateway :172.29.x.2 (Router- access to internet.)
Astaro LAN (Internal IP[:)]- 172.29.x.3
Mail server: default gateway - 172.29.x.3 (astaro internal IP).

delete the firewall rules first...

when SMTP Proxy is Enabled there is no need for firewall or nat rules

What you have for mail server and where is mail server located, behind or outside UTM
