hi can anyone help me understand why emails are getting rejected with the message Rejected: BATV, no other reason. i can't even see anything on the message view
it's coming from a known email address even though it does not show the email sender here i can tell from my other email protection client that it's the email i know..and i've added to a test safe sender list to ignore BATV and still happens...any ideas?
