iView 2 Build 306 Cannot Collect informaton from UTM 9

Dear,

We have Sophos SG550 HA UTM 9.404-05, Report scheduling (executive report) with iView 2 Build 306 cannot collect information from log UTM (no contents in PDF file), but generate report manually successfully. this is Bugs?

Do you mean, that in iView you have no data but generating Reports in the UTM will be work? If yes, there are to thinks to Do:

- in the UTM you have to add the iView Server as Remote Syslog Server
- in die iView Server you have to add the UTM as Device

With this configuration (and activate the correct logs for the remote Syslog Server), the information are available in the iView Server from our UTM.

Generating Report by manually on Iview 2 will be work, but generating by schedule not working. (No data on PDF files)

After yesterday's updated to MR 2 Build 776, the problem has been solved, executive reports can be generated by scheduling.
