Changing license to include a trial

Hi,

We have a SG330 and have active subscriptions for Network Protection, Web Protection and Premium Support. I asked for a 'trial' license for the Webserver protection module and received a license key from Sophos. If I upload this to our device will it overwrite our existing subscriptions? Because looking at the license file, it does not mention our existing subscriptions and obviously I don't want to lose our already paid for subscriptions!

    I did this with our SG230 a month ago too. I received a trial license with all subscriptions active, so this should not be a problem with existing or used functions. So you could say the demo licenses are normaly full licensed devices.

    Make sure you had a backup of your existing license available to change it back after trial period.

    Hi,

    I applied the trial license and it promptly changed our existing paid for subscriptions to 'Disabled', which caused the device to stop working as required. I then had to re-apply our original license to get working again.
