sophos red username and password

Question

Hello community. I have troubles setting up a red 15. Therefore, I want to debug it. I can access the device via console. There it asks for username and password. Can you please tell me this information?

Hi Klaus, 
 RED devices are remotely managed by the UTM. Getting into the RED via console, you may void the warranty on the product. Let us know what issues do you face in connecting the RED to the UTM and we can suggest you alternate ways for that.
