Rack Mount Unit SG135

I have ordered a SG135 AND a 19 "rack mount kit for a new project.
I then assembled everything together and then the holder for the power supply was discovered. Unfortunately it was not possible to mount the power supply because
 the power supply is 5mm too large and does not fit into the holder. To be sure that I am not the cause of the problem, I have also two colleagues brought it to
 try. But they have not succeeded either. Luckily for me, i am not the problem.
Perhaps the design has been changed or so and I got an old rack mount kit. 

Has anyone else noticed. In view of the price of the rack mount kit it should fit

    Hi All,

    I have some good news for all. There is some changes to the rackmount kit for our SG and XG Desktop units which have been made to address an issue, which a number of you have reported.

    The Problem

    We’ve recently added a new supplier for our power adapters for the SG/XG 125/135(w) models. The new power adapter they supply - and which is currently shipping with all new units - has a slightly different form factor to the previous one. Unfortunately, this means that it does not fit in the rackmount shipping with these units today. 

    This could cause issues in two different scenarios:

    1. When customers order new units and order a rackmount kit - the power adapter they receive won’t fit in the rackmount
    2. When customers have existing units used with a rackmount kit and then order a replacement power adapter – it will no longer fit in the rackmount

    Of course, many customers won’t have their desktop unit in a rackmount and therefore, will not be affected.

    The Solution

    We have now modified the rackmount kit so that it can be used with either power adapter. Should your customer have this issue, they can request a new rackmount kit via the RMA process.

    How to raise an RMA

    Customers who have had their units for some time and use their original power adapter with their rackmount kit will not be affected.

    Hello , This seems to me a sufficient solution. I will send the two rack mount kits as RMA on the same day on Monday. Normally I would not be so bothered if it did not fit so well but I had ordered it because it wanted to look especially good.
