Hardware specs from SG 105 Rev.1 und UTM ASG 110/120 Rev. 5 regarding RAM and HDD?

Hello,

can somebody tell me which mainboard/hardware the following devices have, or give me a hint where I can find this information

1) SG 105, rev.1

2) UTM ASG 110/120 Rev. 5

Since the devices are out of warranty I would like to increase RAM or replace the spinning HDD with a SSD.

    If the SG 105 has a paid subscription for anything, the hardware is under warranty, so you may want to reconsider modifying this device.

    In any case, I don't believe the memory can be increased on either box.

    Hi Gerd,

    Just a "add-on" to Bob...

    Unless you install a software version instead of the hardware version, you won't be able to replace the disk either as it is Sophos prepped in some way.

    I recently cloned a UTM 120 SATA spinning drive to a SSD because of age ( happily forgotten that the box ran on hardware license ) and it simply refuses to start even on a block by block clone.

    I believe max mem is 2 GB.
