automatic pattern update seems to fail

Question

since a few hours my SG310 Cluster will not update its pattern files automaticly... 
 it should update every hour if there are updates: 
 
 actual pattern file 16201. 
 
 when i set to manual it shows me updates available but i cant install them: 
 
 it shows me pattern file 116212.. 
 but SG310 will not update.. not manual and not automatic... since about 5 hours now.. 
 anyone can help?

 think i found the problem in the up2date log: 
 2017:01:13-14:11:13 vpn-1 audld[3899]: Could not connect to Authentication Server us1.utmu2d.sophos.com (code=500 500 Internal Server Error). 
 sophos server got an error...

If this issue is still unresolved, manually try a different Up2Date server from the command line as root: 
 audld.plx --server us2.utmu2d.sophos.com:443 
 Any luck with that?

 thanks for your suggestion. 
 i didnt change anything and it works again after about 8h waiting... 
 problem seems the sophos server i mentioned above..
