Licensing problem upgrade UTM 110 to SG115w

Hi,

existing customer (UTM110) now bought SG115W + Fullguard for another 36 months.

I went to myutm.sophos.com and upgraded the appliance type from UTM110 to SG115. I could not choose the option 'SG115W' from the dropdown menu!
Then I applied the upgrade key - ok.
License type now says 'sg115'.

I downloaded the license file and tried to apply it to the sg115w which lead to this error: 'Cannot use SG115 license on SG115w device'

Any suggestions?

    thank you for your reply - unfortunately, I myself have the honour of being the responsible reseller. ;)

    I just spoke to our specialist wholesaler (Infinigate): The problem I encountered (UTM110 can not be upgraded to SG115w via Sophos myutm portal but only to SG115) is a well known problem (at least well known to Sophos ;) ).
    I now have to request an alteration of the license type from SG115 to SG115w via nsglicensing@sophos.com.

    Maybe this information will be helpful to someone else in the future.
