9.409-9 up2date patch fails

Just a heads up for anyone working remotely...

We had the latest up2date patch scheduled overnight. Came in this morning and UTM was unresponsive

 

Had to reimage UTM with latest ISO from USB and reload config.

 

all working now

  • Before re-imaging, always try:

    • Restore the configuration backup from just before the last Up2Date application.
    • If that doesn't work, reboot.

    Yours is the only report of a problem that I've seen thus far - I hope 2017 is luckier for both of us!
