Cannot use ASG software license on ASG3xx device

I went onto https://myutm.sophos.com, created a new FULL license, and when I try to load the file, I get the following error "cannot use ASG software license on ASG3xx device."

Device is a ASG320

The device is running V8, if it matters.

Help?

Hi Aaron,

Not sure if v8 is the issue. Are you downloading the correct license file ? Write down to customercare@sophos.com for further information on licensing queries.

Where else would I download the file from? Are licenses version specific? I'm really really new to this...
