Hardware Selection with Core i3 4370

Hi All, 
 
 I'd like to setup Sophos UTM 9 in my home environment to experiment with. I have a spare Core i3 4370 processor laying around that I would like to use in the build. Would someone be able to help me select the rest of the parts? I tried putting something together but I kept finding incompatibilities or potential issues with UTM 9. I'd like the form factor to be mini itx or as small as possible if not mini itx.

There are dozens of working parts that work fine for UTM 9. One important thing is to have at least 2 NIC's preferably with Intel chips. Also you will want to choose a standard VGA videocard, since HDMI is not supported during installation (which makes installation pretty hard to do without screen output). 
 Most people nowadays choose an SSD for storage; 60GB would be enough, bigger will allow your logfiles to be kept for longer times.
