Wipe ASG220 and reinstall again. Can't get access the web admin after install completed.?

Anyone know ways to get it works.

I wipe my ASG220 and reinstall again. After it completed installation. It says you can access the https://192.168.2.254:4444 . I connect the Eth0 to the Laptop and setup the static ip: 192.168.2.5, and gateway is 192.168.2.254. then I input the https://192.168.2.254:4444 to the internet explore browser. I never get to the web admin at all. It can not connect. I need help. Your help is very appreciated.

I think I did a mistake. I never get it to installed. I thought I did it. However, I will try to get it install tonight and see if I can add the home license.
