High Availability not working?

We have 2x SG320's in hot standby mode. Each one is plugged into a separate Cisco 2960s switch which is configured correctly for this use.

Failing over doesn't work. We tried again today and the UTM is still syncing some 6 hours later.

Any idea?

Hi Louis,

You can check the msync.log to monitor issues related with HA sync.
