Today, after updating my Sophos UTM 9.4 installation to the newest version with Up2Date, the firewall seemed to stop working. I got an email saying "WebAdmin webserver not running - restarted". I waited a bit and couldn't connect to the web portal. I manually hard booted the machine a few times with no avail. It stopped providing internet access also. Windows network troubleshooter was telling me that the dns server wasn't available but when pinging 8.8.8.8 it still couldn't reach the internet. I have tried 3 times to re-install Sophos UTM 9.4 and restoring a backup from both 3 days ago, and almost a month ago. Each time coming to the same result.
Any ideas on why this happened, and what I can do to fix this problem?
