I'm trying to do the right thing and get my Sophos UTM licensing information up to date. I believe this will also allow me access to the Downloads area of the web site.
In order to do this I need to state my Product License Username and Product License Password on the page at https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/mysophos/my-account/add-product-credentials.aspx.
I've got my original license file but I can't find any reference in it to a Product License Username or Password. So where do I get these from in order to complete the setup of My Account?
And is it just me, or is this whole process incredibly confusing and convoluted? There also seems to be some other sort of licensing portal at https://myutm.sophos.com/ where I have a "ASG Home Use License" registered. I have no idea what the connection is between that and the license information at https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/mysophos/my-account/add-product-credentials.aspx. Are the related in some way, and if so why doesn't just feed off the other?
