After update UTM 9.402 IPSEC remote access denied

Question

Hello, 
 After the update to 9.402-7 remote users can't get a connection with Cisco VPN client with certificate authentication . They get a Authentication failed. Portal works for everybody.

 What does it mean?

New firmware was the solution. 
 Fix [NUTM-3775]: [Access & Identity] IPsec Remote Access with backend group doesn't work after update to 9.401

Hi, 
 Try reimporting the client certificate in the Cisco VPN client. Make sure you download the fresh client certificate generated. If that doesn't work, please update.
