AP15 bricked after update 9.402-7

I have just done an update to the latest version and my AP15 now seems bricked. Tried powering off a number of times, will not connect. I get a solid orange light.

i looked at RMA but as a home user i need a valid license. Any ideas?

  • Ahh, not in the USA, so I probably can't help.  Have you tried to get your reseller to RMA the unit?Have you requested an RMA from customercare (at) sophos.com?
